Elephant Ears - or Frying Saucers - are made by frying a large 12" disk of dough, then smothering it with butter and sugar from our Cinnamon Sugar Topping Mix Pail #8028, It's a low-cost, great-selling festival treat, and by far among the easiest fun foods to make.
